The Research Data Insider: RDA TIGER - Services and Resources to support the Community
Résumé fourni par la source
This submission contains presentation slides from the February 2026 edition of the Research Data Insider, a monthly webinar series organised by the Training and Outreach Group of RDA Norway. The series focuses on topics relevant to research data management. Description: This edition of the Research Data Insider will focus on the recently completed RDA TIGER project. The project set out to create and provide a suite of support services to RDA Working Groups (WGs) that concretely align, harmonise and standardise Open Science developments and technologies globally, with a specific focus on WGs that contribute to the EOSC and broader European ecosystem. In this talk, Alex Delipalta will give an overview of the project structure and how it designed and implemented its services and support mechanisms, before going on to look in more detail at some of the resources which have been developed for the RDA – also of interest to the wider data-sharing community – beyond the end of the project. These include tailored support guides, service design documentation, and the RDA Knowledge Base, a suite of tools, services, and usability improvements for RDA members. About the speaker: Alex Delipalta is the Director of RDA Europe, the regional office of the Research Data Alliance tasked with supporting the European RDA community and providing the link between global and regional initiatives.
