SUPERSEDED STATUS NOTE (August 2026): This document is retained as a historical architectural proposal and is superseded for current model development by the Theory Zero v4 program. Statements that the Hubble tension, CMB Cold Spot, or black-hole information problem are resolved should be read as hypotheses proposed for future testing, not as established results. The current v4 work is a deliberately limited four-dimensional late-time scalar-tensor background model being compared with Type Ia supernova and baryon acoustic oscillation data; it does not yet include cosmological perturbations, a CMB power-spectrum analysis, or a higher-dimensional boundary theory. Theory Zero redefines the observable universe not as an isolated system, but as a permeable, localized thermodynamic sector governed by a structurally absolute, closed-loop multiverse. By modeling spacetime as a dual-state computational medium constrained by rigid physical processing limits, this framework replaces the static Cosmological Constant with a dynamic, self-regulating exchange variable . This macro-structural architecture naturally resolves modern cosmology's most profound paradoxes without relying on systemic mathematical infinities. The Hubble Tension is mathematically reconciled as a thermodynamic throttle seeking macro-state equilibrium; anomalous CMB cold spots are identified as the physical thermal exhaust vents of this boundary exchange; and the Black Hole Information Paradox is eliminated by reclassifying theoretical singularities as data aggregation nodes that successfully route conserved information back into the broader multiverse loop. Ultimately, Theory Zero provides a unified, empirically falsifiable framework that preserves the absolute conservation of energy and information across the cosmic macro-state.
