Dataset of Rhizosphere Soil Physicochemical Properties and Soil Fungi of Rubus corchorifolius after Branch Thinning
Résumé fourni par la source
The experimental data in the text are the rhizosphere soil physicochemical properties and soil fungal ASV datasets obtained after non thinning (CK), mild thinning (LT), and severe thinning (HT) during the initial flowering, initial fruiting, and ripening stages. The specific experiment involved thinning the branches on December 30, 2020, and collecting soil samples during the initial flowering period (January 14, 2021), initial fruiting period (March 2, 2021), and fruit ripening period (April 13, 2021) for testing. The data content is presented in three periods. In each folder, file 1 is the soil ASV dataset collected for soil sequencing activities, used for the analysis of soil fungal community structure in experiments; File 2 shows the soil physical and chemical properties measured, including pH, soil organic matter (SOM), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), total potassium (TK), available nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP), available potassium (AK), carbon nitrogen ratio (C/N), carbon phosphorus ratio (C/P), and nitrogen phosphorus ratio (N/P), for soil physical and chemical properties and correlation analysis; File 3 is a comparison of fungal functional groups in the FUNGuild database, used for predicting fungal functions.
