A-AAGORA is positioned within the EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030” as a lighthouse initiative demonstrating how participatory governance and integrated coastal planning can strengthen climate resilience across coastal regions. This policy brief responds to the need for actionable guidance by translating the A-AAGORA approach into targeted recommendations for decision-makers, supporting the integration of local knowledge, planning instruments, and digital monitoring tools into more coherent and adaptive coastal governance.
