ARCHIVAL STATUS NOTE (August 2026): This paper is retained as a speculative historical branch of Theory Zero. Its nine-dimensional bulk, Gravity Cubed, dark-matter spatial-cannibalization, and black-hole resonance mechanisms are not components of the current Theory Zero v4 model and have not been established observationally. Theory Zero v4 instead studies a minimal four-dimensional late-time scalar-tensor effective theory using Type Ia supernova and baryon acoustic oscillation background data. Building upon the bandwidth-constrained topological framework established in Theory Zero, this paper introduces a hierarchical, 9-dimensional limits-based architecture to resolve the incompatibilities between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics. By classifying the 0-state baseline strictly as a non-local, scale-invariant geometric ledger and defining overarching spatial gravity as macro-structural tension (Gravity Cubed), we establish a strict boundary between quantum state dynamics and bulk spacetime mechanics. Furthermore, this framework unifies the Dark Sector by modeling Dark Matter not as a particulate artifact, but as the compressed structural tension of the macro-dimensional bulk, continually generated via topological holographic friction. Consequently, Phantom Dark Energy (w<-1) is mathematically redefined as a dynamic decompression protocol—cannibalizing Dark Matter into planar 3D spatial memory, triggered locally by the resonant gravitational shear of supermassive black holes. This framework yields a fully deterministic, self-rebooting thermodynamic lifecycle for the universe, supported by falsifiable predictions regarding galactic core-cusp depletion zones and the cosmological coupling of black hole masses.
