Le résumé fourni par la source
This secondary analysis examined whether improvements in self-reported fatigue following a 16-week low-fat dietary intervention were accompanied by changes in actigraphy-measured sleep and physical activity. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is associated with fatigue, reduced physical activity, and sleep disturbances. Dietary interventions may therefore improve perceived fatigue through mechanisms not captured by actigraphy, highlighting the importance of multimodal strategies addressing physical activity, sleep, and symptom burden in MS.
