Final public report of the DFG-funded project "ROCKAT – RObust Conceptualisation of KArst Transport" (Project No. 447437757). The project advanced the conceptual modelling of flow and reactive solute transport in karst aquifers through the integration of high-resolution hydrochemical observations, continuous electrical conductivity decomposition, multi-objective and multi-temporal calibration approaches based on wavelet analysis, uncertainty and sensitivity analyses, and the development of coupled flow–transport models. The project also delivered LuKARS 3.0, an open-source modelling framework for efficient simulation, calibration, and uncertainty analysis of karst systems. This report summarizes the project objectives, methodology, scientific achievements, software developments, open research outputs, and resulting publications.
