Le résumé fourni par la source

Abstract Benefiting from its superior geometric control precision and structural customization capability, 3D printing technology can accurately construct complex structures such as porous, topological, and metamaterial structures, thereby enhancing the collaborative design capability of materials and structures. In this study, through the optimal design of the multi-layer microwave absorbing structure, the Stereolithography Apparatus of the 3D printing process was adopted to fabricate the grid-structured dielectric layer, which achieved impedance matching with the annular periodic array structure. Utilizing this approach, a series of gradient wave-absorbing structures was engineered, where the radar reflectivity is all less than −15 dB in the (8-18) GHz band, (26.5-40) GHz band, and (90-100) GHz band with a thickness of 10 mm. This effectively realized the broadband and high-efficiency microwave absorption performance of the multi-layer microwave absorbing structure, providing a theoretical basis and technical reference for the optimal design and engineering application of new-type microwave absorbing structures.
