This reproducibility package accompanies the manuscript “AI-Assisted Nonlinear Dynamical Modeling of Neural Stem Cell-Mediated Brain Tumour Suppression.” It includes the executable Jupyter notebook, parameter file, fixed random seed, software dependency files, generated baseline and optimized trajectories, deterministic local and global sensitivity outputs, Gaussian Process Bayesian optimisation history, robustness analyses, software-version report, licence file, notebook execution validation report, and all generated figures. The model uses normalized tumour density T(t) and normalized neural stem cell density N(t) in a homogeneous two-state nonlinear ordinary differential equation framework. The package is provided for reproducibility and hypothesis generation and does not constitute an independently experimentally validated clinical decision tool.
