Multiannual isotopic (δ¹⁸O and δ²H) characterization of precipitation in the Mecina River watershed (Sierra Nevada, SE Spain), accounting for the influence of isotopically enriched, low-volume summer rainfall typical of Mediterranean climates. This characterization was performed using an automated tool developed by Crawford et al. (2014), which allows precipitation-weighted (PW) and non-weighted Ordinary Least Squares Regression (OLSR), Major Axis (MA), and Reduced Major Axis (RMA) regressions to be applied to isotopic data. In addition, sensitivity analyses were conducted for different sampling periods.
