Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man has traditionally been interpreted as an attempt to reconcile the human form with classical proportional ideals, most notably the squaring of the circle and the golden ratio. In this paper, we argue that this framing is incomplete. Rather than encoding a single privileged numerical constant, the Vitruvian Man embodies a geometric compatibility problem: whether multiple coordinate systems may coexist on a single physical manifold without contradiction.Using the Harlow–Tetlow-Salakhov Admissibility framework, we show that the drawing simultaneously admits an isotropic radial chart (circle), an orthogonal Cartesian chart (square), and a 60-degree triangular chart anchored to a common baseline - Human morphology. The coexistence of these charts implies two independent admissibility invariants: the classical partition fixed point ϕ = (1 + √5)/2, and a distinct frame-compatibility invariant κ = p8/3. The latter arises not from recursive division, but from simultaneous admissibility of orthogonal and triangular frames. We further demonstrate that these invariants naturally organize into a bounded admissibility corridor realized most efficiently by the regular icosahedron, whose uniform holonomy and simplicial closure provide a scale-free global counterpart to the local constructions encoded in the Vitruvian Man. All claims are mathematical and structural. No assertion is made that Leonardo da Vinci explicitly computed, named, or numerically targeted these constants. Historical attributions are treated as lineage metaphors for constraint roles, not as claims of intentional calculation. Ethical Statement (Non-Eugenic Framework)This Vitruvian GWAS framework is strictly clinical and non-ideological. It is designed to identify genetic contributions to biomechanical frailty, not to rank individuals, assign value, or make claims about intelligence, worth, or identity. Ethnicity, ancestry, and protected traits are never used as predictors, targets, or interpretive categories. All analyses are performed solely to improve clinical understanding, prevention, and care. The authors explicitly reject any non-clinical, discriminatory, or eugenic interpretation of skeletal geometry or genetic variation.
