Le résumé fourni par la source

The relevance of assessing the current state of agriculture in the Irkutsk region is due to the fact that agriculture has historically played a secondary role due to the industrial development of the region, as well as its difficult natural and geographical conditions and low level of infrastructure in rural areas. Such an assessment makes it possible to identify pressing problems in the current state of agriculture that threaten the sustainable development of the industry separately and the food security of the region as a whole. The purpose of this study is to assess the current state of agriculture in the Irkutsk region, according to which the following tasks were set: 1) to assess the general state of agriculture in the Irkutsk region for further detailed analysis; 2) to conduct a detailed analysis of the agricultural sub-sectors of the Irkutsk region; 3) to assess the general state of the material and technical base of agricultural organizations in the Irkutsk region; 4) based on the results obtained, identify the problems of agriculture in the Irkutsk region. The analysis of data from statistical collections was used as the basis for assessing the state of agriculture. The problem areas of agriculture in the Irkutsk region have been identified. The results indicate declines in production, a reduction in acreage and an increased burden on the material and technical base of agriculture. This state of agriculture leads to the risk that further development of the industry will be hindered by physical and moral deterioration of fixed assets, especially in conditions when it is already showing signs of stagnation, which will negatively affect the food security of the entire Irkutsk region. To stabilize agriculture in the Irkutsk region, it is necessary to take measures such as stimulating investment in the agricultural sector, supporting farming, and allocating additional funding to replenish and update the material and technical base of agricultural organizations.
