Verification Package for 2D AMIS Echocardiographic Image Normalization

This verification package accompanies the article introducing a spatial processing method for echocardiographic images based on the two-dimensional Adaptive Multi-Interval Scale (2D AMIS) (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21414752). Unlike traditional approaches (min-max, Z-standardization), the method adapts to the empirical brightness distribution within a regular grid and provides standardization of brightness profiles on a unified [0; 100] scale while preserving the spatial structure of the frame. The experiment confirmed a 38–41% reduction in the coefficient of variation, a 10–13% increase in entropy, and high correlation with the original signal (R = 0.93–0.95). The package includes the software implementation and all necessary data for full reproduction of the results.
