Le résumé fourni par la source

Forced downtime of machines in the agricultural sector due to suboptimal repair strategies occurs in a situation where equipment stops occur due to ineffective approaches to maintenance and restoration of technical equipment. Reduced technical availability of machines leads to a decrease in their productivity and, accordingly, an increase in costs and financial losses for agricultural producers. The aim of this study is to develop a conceptual model for the maintenance and repair of transport and technological machines in the agro-industrial complex based on information technology. The work used a logical modeling method with the identification of three main technical conditions (G1 - no repair required, G2 - conditional repair, G3 - repair required) and a system of logical principles 1.1-3.6, as well as the method of regression analysis. The research results contain a two-level multi-component model and an algorithm for sending equipment for repair. The model of industrial and technical operation of machines (MТТ) reflects key aspects of machine maintenance management and relationships between them, taking into account predictive analytics of tractors and cars failures to accelerate the restoration of technical equipment. The algorithm promotes the organization of repair actions, increases the clarity in the work of all links involved in the process of organizing the restoration of operability and maintenance of machines equipped with information-electronic modules and units. These developments contribute to the development of digital logical tools for making informed decisions in the management of machinery and tractor fleets in agricultural enterprises. Application of the model in the technical service of agricultural enterprises in Irkutsk region shows that the technical readiness ratio of the fleet increases by 30% due to prioritization of repairs or replacement of spare parts according to the residual resource and reduction of downtime, compared with the current strategy for operating machines at agricultural enterprises.
