Supplementary Figure 1: Co-mutation plot of pre-treatment ctDNA in patients with unresectable, locally advanced, stage IIB-IIIC NSCLC. Each column represents mutations detected in the pre-treatment plasma sample from a single patient (n = 24). The top bar graph displays ctDNA levels, measured as ctFE. Heatmaps directly below display key clinical characteristics including sex, histology, clinical stage, and smoking status with each variable color-coded for visual differentiation. The central heat map shows the non-synonymous mutation types in candidate driver genes which are represented in descending order of mutation frequency. Mutation types are color-coded as missense (teal), indel (pink), nonsense (purple), and splice (blue). The bar plot to the right shows the mutation frequency for each gene. ctDNA, circulating tumor DNA; ctFE, circulating tumor fraction estimate; NSCLC, non-small cell lung cancer.
