Résumé fourni par la source

This record contains the corrected source data associated with the article “Amelioration of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by inhibiting the deubiquitylating enzyme RPN11,” published in Cell Metabolism (Cell Metab. 2024 Oct 1;36(10):2228-2244. PMID: 39146936. DOI: 10.1016/j.cmet.2024.07.014). During a review of the published article, two inadvertent copy-and-paste errors were identified in the source data. In Figure S4A, the first and second columns of the Mid1ip1 dataset were inadvertently duplicated from the first and second columns of the Acacb dataset during data preparation. In Figure S6L, the final group (METTL3 HKO + ETO) was inadvertently duplicated from the final group of Figure S6J (RPN11 HKO + ETO), also during data preparation. The authors reviewed the original experimental records, replaced the duplicated values with the correct data, regenerated the corresponding figures, and repeated the relevant statistical analyses. The corrected data retain the same overall trends and statistical interpretations as originally reported. These corrections do not affect the findings, interpretations, or conclusions of the article. The corrected source-data file deposited in this record should be used in place of the originally published Data S1 file.
