Le résumé fourni par la source
Earth Observation products and ocean reanalysis fields used as input data are available from their respective providers and are referenced accordingly. The datasets newly generated for this study comprise (i) Earth Observation parameters averaged over each sediment-trap collection interval (Figs. 2, 3 and 10); (ii) Lagrangian spatiotemporal datasets generated by matching virtual particle trajectories with satellite-derived biogeochemical products, together with the corresponding biogeochemical budgets (Figs. 4–8); and (iii) processed in situ CTD datasets, including hydrographic variables, fluorometric chlorophyll-a and coccolithophore abundances (Fig. 9). The repository also includes the Python scripts used to generate the Lagrangian datasets, biogeochemical budgets, and analyses presented in the manuscript. Detailed descriptions of the methodology and data processing workflow are provided in the accompanying README file and in the associated publication.
