This contains the facilitator guide and reflexivity exercises that the authors used to conduct the study, "An Even Playing Field": Non-Clinical Simulation for Leadership Development Among Pediatric Interns. The goal of providing this data is to allow others to recreate the study in which we assessed if and how a non-clinical simulation informed by cognitive load theory and psychological safety facilitated the development of interpersonal leadership skills in pediatric interns. The simulation used, Cascades Survival Simulation, is not provided as it is owned by Human Synergistics International. However, future researchers could purchase the simulation and then use our facilitator guide to recreate the study.
