This repository contains the software used to perform the simulations presented in: Morales-González et al. (2026). Genomic prediction for commercial body weight using information from fish measured under production conditions - A simulation study. Aquaculture. The simulations were designed to evaluate the impact of recording different numbers of commercial sibs on the accuracy of genetic evaluations and genetic gain in aquaculture breeding programmes.The original genotypes used to initialize the simulations belong to a commercial breeding company (Nueva Pescanova S.L.) and cannot be publicly released due to confidentiality agreements. Therefore, only the simulation software is provided.
