This document is an international academic review inquiry for the Kinetic Cloud Chain (KCC) project - the first physical law-anchored trust system in human history, and the most complete development management system designed according to the natural rules of the universe and physical laws. The Kinetic Cloud Chain follows universal natural laws, physical laws, the law of conservation of energy, and the law of causality. It redefines the human trust system from the physical layer, replacing traditional trust mechanisms that rely on institutional guarantees and complex regulations with physical laws that do not require belief - only verification. This document contains nine chapters covering: the essence of the Kinetic Cloud Chain, the law of energy conservation as the fundamental trust anchor, technical architecture and implementation, proof of concept with over 1,000 vehicles and 900,000 km of road test data, comparison with existing systems (blockchain, AI, legal systems), implementation roadmap, open collaboration model, and the declaration of free global access. The author, Huang Baohua, is a veteran, inventor, and entrepreneur with 30 years of research in vehicle force application and power generation methods. He is the founder of Youji Transmission Automotive Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. and the first person in the world to propose a "physical law-anchored trust system." All KCC technologies are offered freely to all of humanity. Scholars and researchers worldwide are invited to review, critique, and contribute to this groundbreaking framework.
