Le résumé fourni par la source

This dataset contains the supplementary research materials that underpin a PhD thesis investigating quality improvement and management in spine surgery through a multidimensional lens. Organized by thesis chapter, the files span a wide methodological spectrum. Chapter 2 provides scoping review extraction tables that systematically map quality and safety improvement initiatives in spine surgery. Chapter 3 comprises a systematic review and meta-analysis of oral tranexamic acid (TXA) in spine surgery, including the Stata script, data extraction tables, quality assessment instruments, and the full-text PDFs of the five included studies. Chapter 4 presents a cost-utility analysis comparing no TXA, intravenous TXA, and oral TXA, supplied as an R script with embedded model parameters that generate all outputs at runtime. Chapter 6 contains data from a preclinical bone-cutting experiment: longitudinal micro-CT images (DICOM format, archived by 1-day, 1-week, 3-week, and 4-week postoperative timepoints), H&E histology and immunofluorescence whole-slide images (QuPath format), quantification spreadsheets, statistical analysis files (Prism), and a supplementary thermography video. Finally, Chapter 8 shares the fully anonymised Beiwe smartphone digital phenotyping dataset (214 participants, 5074 participant-day observations), including passive sensing streams (accelerometer, GPS, communication logs), patient-reported outcome surveys, a processed analysis panel, and the R code used for analysis. Together, these materials enable full replication of the thesis analyses and offer reusable resources for further research on spine surgery safety, cost-effectiveness, and personalised postoperative monitoring.
