This repository contains the complete numerical model, simulation data, and post-processing scripts developed for the study entitled: Enhanced Sensitivity Dual-Channel D-Shaped Photonic Crystal Fibre Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor for High-Precision Biochemical Detection. The repository provides the COMSOL Multiphysics model (.mph), MATLAB LiveLink post-processing scripts, eigenmode simulation outputs, confinement-loss spectra, resonance-tracking data, and supporting documentation used to evaluate the performance of the proposed dual-channel D-shaped photonic crystal fibre surface plasmon resonance (PCF-SPR) biosensor. The numerical simulations were performed using a full-vector finite element method (FEM) with perfectly matched layer (PML) boundary conditions. Structural optimisation investigated the influence of air-hole diameter, lattice pitch, polishing depth, gold layer thickness, and analyte refractive index on confinement loss, resonance wavelength, wavelength sensitivity, and figure of merit. The repository supports complete computational reproducibility of the numerical results reported in the associated journal manuscript.
