Ultrasound Benchmark Dataset for Automatic Segmentation of Endometriotic Lesions

This data comprises transvaginal and transrectal ultrasound images collected from patients with surgically and histopathologically confirmed endometriosis.The data ensure heterogeneity in imaging devices and acquisition conditions.The dataset includes high-quality ultrasound images along with corresponding manual annotations of endometriotic lesions. All annotations were performed by experienced clinicians and further reviewed to ensure reliability. The annotated regions cover typical manifestations of endometriosis, supporting the segmentation task.
