Résumé fourni par la source

This Excel file contains the raw mortality counts from a laboratory bioassay evaluating the insecticidal efficacy of the chemical insecticide Diflubenzuron and the entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium anisopliae and Beauveria bassiana, tested individually and in combinations, against [INSERT TARGET PEST NAME, e.g., Spodoptera frugiperda].Experimental design:Treatments (8 groups): Diflubenzuron; M. anisopliae; B. bassiana; Diflubenzuron + M. anisopliae; Diflubenzuron + B. bassiana; M. anisopliae + B. bassiana; Diflubenzuron + M. anisopliae + B. bassiana; and Untreated control.Dosages (3 levels): Half-recommended, Recommended, and Double the field application rate.Replicates: 5 biological replicates (R1–R5) per treatment group and 5 replicates for the untreated control.Assessment time points: Mortality was recorded at 24, 72, and 120 hours post-treatment (each time point is stored in a separate sheet). How to read the file:Sheets: 24 h, 72 h, and 120 h represent the three assessment times.Columns D–H: Raw counts for the Treated groups (Replicates 1–5).Columns I–M: Raw counts for the Untreated (control) groups (Replicates 1–5).Rows: Each row corresponds to a specific treatment combined with a specific dosage level.Data type: The numbers in the cells represent [e.g., the number of dead individuals out of 10 insects per replicate] . The total sample size per replicate is consistent across all treatments and is detailed in the methodology section of the associated manuscript.
