Blastophaga nipponica Grandi, 1922 Figure 5A–H Blastophaga nipponica Grandi, 1922: 304. Syntype, ♀. Type depository: IEGB, Italy. Type locality: Japan. Diagnosis. FEMALE (habitus: Fig. 5A). Body length 1.54–1.61 mm. Body dark brown except as follows: pedicel to flagellum brown; femora to tibiae brown and tarsi yellowish brown. Head 1.2× as wide as long. Antenna (Fig. 5B) with F5–F9 at least 3× as long as wide; clavomere 1 free from remaining clavomeres. Mesosoma (Fig. 5C) with sparse, short setae on pronotum; propodeum with long setae posterolaterally. MALE (Fig. 5H). Body length 1.3–1.4 mm. Body color varying from brown to dark brown. Head (Fig. 5G) with piliferous punctures except posteromedially; antennal groove one-sixth length of head. Pronotum (Fig. 5F) with a longitudinal suture medially. Metatibia (Fig. 5H) without any spines. Distribution. South Korea (new record), Japan, Taiwan. Host plant. Moraceae. Ficus erecta. Material examined. South Korea: 21♀, 10♂, Gyeongsangnam-do, Namhae-gun, Mijo-myeon, Mijo-ri, Mijo Evergreen Forest, 34°42'49.3"N, 128°02'40.4"E, 20.vii.2016, Duk-Young Park (by rearing from F. erecta, 19♀, 9♂ in SNU, 1♀, 1♂ in KNA and 1♀ in NIBR); 9♀, 9♂, Jeju-do, Seogwipo-si, Andeok-myeon, Gamsan-ri, Andeok valley, 33°15'29.4"N, 126°21'32.1"E, 23.vii.2019, Subin Choi (3♀ by sweeping and 6♀, 9♂ by rearing from F. erecta, in CNU); 1♀, Jeju-do, Jeju-si, Ara-dong, 33°27'35.62"N, 126°34'12.25"E, 24.vii.2019, Subin Choi (by light trapping, in CNU); 51♀, 36♂, Jeju-si, Seogwipo-si, Sinhyo-dong, 33°15'32.99"N, 126°36'11.46"E, 27.vii.2019, Subin Choi (by rearing from F. erecta, in CNU).
