Résumé fourni par la source

RIME-X v1.0: Code and Data for Figure Reproduction This Zenodo record contains the code and data used to produce all figures from the revised paper "RIME-X v1.0: Combining Simple Climate Models, Earth System Models, and Climate Impact Models into a Unified Statistical Emulator for Regional Climate Indicators"under review for Geoscientific Model Development. Contents The compressed rime-paper-reproduction_revisions.zip archive includes: A snapshot of the RIME-X package as used in the study. Code to prepare emulations from the preprocessed data, including plotting functions: Methodology (rimeX_methodology_plots.ipynb) Showcase (rimeX_showcase_plots.ipynb) Validation (rimeX_validation_plots.ipynb) Preprocessed intermediate data, including: Aggregated simulation data used in the Methodology chapter, located in rime-paper-reproduction/data/methodology/impact_data Quantile maps used as RIME-X input in the Showcase chapter and the aggregated ISIMIP simulations underlying them, located in rime-paper-reproduction/data/showcase/climate_impact_explorer Quantile maps, excluding data from certain scenarios, used as RIME-X input in the Validation chapter, located in rime-paper-reproduction/data/validation/impact_data SCM outputs for the CAT Current Policies Scenario, used as RIME-X inputs in the Methodology and Showcase chapters, located in rime-paper-reproduction/data/methodology/scenario_data and rime-paper-reproduction/data/showcase/scenario_data GMT timeseries created from all CMIP6 models, used as RIME-X input in the Validation chapter, located in rime-paper-reproduction/data/validation/scenario_data The compressed pr.zip and tas.zip archives include: These archives contain the aggregated simulation data used to generate the quantile maps for validation. They are also required to compute the ground-truth quantiles that appear in the validation plots. After decompressing all three archives, please move the extracted pr and tas directories into the following location to ensure that the validation workflow runs correctly: rime-paper-reproduction/data/validation/impact_data/raw_averages/ How to Use (assuming conda) Decompress rime-paper-reproduction.zip, pr.zip, and tas.zip. Move the decompressed directories pr and tas to rime-paper-reproduction/data/validation/impact_data/raw_averages/ inside the decompressed rime-paper-reproduction directory. Create the environment using the setup script: bash setup_rimex_environment.sh Use the environment rime-paper-reproduction as a kernel to run the notebooks.
