Curated set of Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs) used in the analyses in Wilson et al (in prep). MAGs were compiled (JE) from the EMERGE MAGs v1 (DC), as well as MUCC (EB), an experimental database (BM), and MAGs generated via metagenomic coassembly (SA), and were physiologically analyzed using metagenomic and metatranscriptmic data in the Wilson et al (in prep) manuscript. Most but not all have also been previously published in NCBI or in other Zenodo records; these external sources (GenBank WGS project accessions or Zenodo DOIs) are indicated (SH) in the included metadata file.
