Periodontal disease is a multifactorial inflammatory condition that progressively compromises the dental supporting tissues and, in advanced stages, leads to tooth loss with significant functional, aesthetic, and psychosocial impact. This article describes a clinical case of an immediate adhesive fixed provisional prosthesis fabricated with the patient’s own natural teeth extracted following exodontia of mandibular incisors due to severe chronic periodontitis. The technique combined immediate rehabilitation of aesthetics and function with reduced clinical time, eliminating the need for a dental laboratory and reducing the number of appointments. After the extraction of teeth 31, 32, 41 and 42, the elements were internally prepared, reinforced with an orthodontic wire, and joined with composite resin, forming a fixed provisional prosthesis that was immediately cemented to the abutment teeth 33 and 43. Occlusal adjustment, finishing, and polishing ensured functional comfort without interference during centric and eccentric movements. At follow up, the patient showed adequate healing, high aesthetic satisfaction, and maintenance of satisfactory oral hygiene levels, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of this technique for immediate rehabilitation of anterior segments affected by periodontal disease.
