This document constitutes Deliverable D3.6 – IPR Management Strategy of the FishEUTrust project (GA No. 101060712), funded under Horizon Europe Call HORIZON-CL6-2021-FARM2FORK- 01-10. It establishes the intellectual-property governance framework that the 22-partner consortium applies to all results generated during the 48-month project period (June 2022 – May 2026) and, where relevant, to background intellectual property made available by the partners. The strategy pursues three interconnected objectives. First, it safeguards the legitimate commercial interests of partners who invest expertise, facilities and data in the creation of Key Exploitable Results (KERs). Second, it fulfils the open-science obligations inherent in Horizon Europe, ensuring that publications, research data and replicable methodologies are made accessible in accordance with the principle "as open as possible, as closed as necessary."
