Occurrence records of Collembola collected with emergence traps in Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia

This dataset contains occurrence records of Collembola collected as by-catch in emergence traps during a long-term monitoring programme in Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia. Sampling was conducted monthly between 2007 and 2022 at two karst springs (Bijela rijeka and Crna rijeka) and two tufa barriers (Labudovac and Kozjak–Milanovac). The dataset comprises 1,682 specimens representing 41 taxa from 21 genera and eight families. The material is deposited in the Collembola Collection of the Croatian Natural History Museum. The dataset was published to support the analyses presented in the associated scientific publication.
