BD4QoL-Competing-Risks-Analysis: Competing Risks Analysis of QoL Outcomes
Résumé fourni par la source
Analysis code accompanying the paper "Competing Risks Modeling of Longitudinal Quality of Life Deterioration and Recovery in Head and Neck Cancer Survivors" This release provides the complete R pipeline that models longitudinal EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-HN43 outcomes in head-and-neck cancer survivors as a competing-risks process, treating clinically meaningful deterioration and recovery as competing events. It fits Fine–Gray sub-distribution hazard models on baseline clinical covariates, evaluates discrimination via concordance (in-sample and cross-validated), and tests deterioration vs recovery cumulative incidence differences with a permutation test. Data are not included (restricted-access BD4QoL trial data); see the README for the expected input format and data-availability terms.
