This deliverable presents the Dissemination, Communication and Engagement Plan for the ECHOLOT project, covering the first six months of implementation (M1–M6). It establishes the strategic and operational framework through which the project will make its work visible, share its results with relevant communities, and build meaningful connections with the stakeholders who are most critical to its success. The plan defines ECHOLOT's target audiences and user personas, its communication channels and visual identity, its approach to scientific and non-scientific dissemination, its open science commitments, and the monitoring and KPI framework that will guide WP8 activities throughout the project lifecycle. It also describes how communication, dissemination, network synergies and capacity building are coordinated as an integrated work package rather than separate activities. This is a living document and will be updated at M18 and at project end.
