Factors in the study of photocatalytic activity of nanomaterials

The paper presents an analysis of various factors that influence the determination of photocatalytic activity in nanomaterials. It discusses the use of different calculation methods, pollutants, and radiation sources, as well as differences in the form and concentration of nanomaterials, which makes it difficult to compare the results of different studies. On the basis of the analysis optimal measurement conditions were identified. A methodology has been developed to address potential problems that may occur during each stage of the experiment. One of the advantages of proposal approach is the ability to adjust experimental parameters for specific nanomaterials while maintaining the quality of the research. Additionally, it allows for a direct assessment of how modifications to nanomaterials affect their activity.
