Case PresentationThis case report describes the case of a 41-year-old patient, Para 1 live 1; previously conceived after the second attempt of in vitro fertilization (IVF) at an outside hospital 6 years back.She is a known case of endometriosis, mild-moderate grade confirmed on laparoscopy before, with no significant past medical or surgical history or significant family history.She came to us for treatment of secondary infertility, trying since more than 2 years.Her menstrual cycle was regular, occurring every 28 days, lasting for 2-3 days with average flow.Last menstrual period was on December 26, 2024.On physical evaluation, she was normotensive, afebrile, and healthy body mass index (BMI)-25 kg/m 2 ; baseline blood investigations done on her first visit: Complete
