SR/GR as Downstream Branch Images of the Differential-Time Readout Axiom

This record is a public companion disclosure to the full Differential-Time framework. It isolates one structural point: the standard time-sector expressions of special relativity and weak-field general relativity can be placed as downstream branch images of the Differential-Time readout axiom. The upstream chain starts from an external reference structure and an observer-side internal reference structure, forms their Differential-Time readout difference, defines the branch readout rate, and then generates the observer-side metric time component. The locked branch, velocity branch, and weak-field gravitational branch are treated as readout closures. These closures lead respectively to the standard locked time sector, the special-relativistic velocity time sector, and the weak-field gravitational time sector. The purpose of this disclosure is to make explicit that SR/GR is not used as the input side of the construction. The Differential-Time readout axiom and branch closures occupy the upstream side, while the SR/GR time-sector expressions appear as downstream branch images. This document does not replace the full Differential-Time manuscript. It is a focused public note on the SR/GR bridge, directed readout order, branch-closure structure, and epsilon/measure checks.
