CRC Screening Tool: A Locally Adaptable Colorectal Carcinoma Screening Pipeline for Digital Pathology

A self-contained, modular pipeline for screening colorectal adenocarcinoma from whole-slide images, designed for deployment in resource-constrained settings. A compact MobileNet-based CNN generates tile-level malignancy probabilities that are aggregated to case-level calls via Top-K mean pooling, supporting a sensitivity-forward, human-supervised prescreening workflow. This project provides the end-to-end Jupyter notebook (slide inspection, tile extraction, scoring, evaluation, interactive review, heatmap overlay, case-level analysis, and local fine-tuning), the trained model, and runnable sample data.
