This dataset supports the manuscript: “Phylogenomics reveals heterogeneous spatio-temporal diversification of Saxifraga (Saxifragaceae)”, published in the journal Plant Diversity. It includes data generated for phylogenomic and biogeographic analyses of Saxifraga, comprising plastid genome assemblies, low-copy nuclear sequence alignments, and corresponding gene trees. The dataset contains:(1) plastid genome assemblies newly generated in this study;(2) concatenated plastid gene (PCG) alignments used for phylogenetic analyses;(3) low-copy nuclear locus alignments used for species tree inference;(4) gene trees inferred from individual nuclear loci; All samples are labeled using internal Sample IDs. Corresponding voucher information and species names are provided in Supplementary Table S1 of the associated manuscript, which allows direct mapping between Sample IDs and taxa. Users are encouraged to cite both the Zenodo DOI and the associated publication when using these data.
