Résumé fourni par la source

High-throughput multi-omics technologies have transformed plant biology by enabling comprehensive analyses of biological systems across multiple molecular layers, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics. Recent advancements in next-generation sequencing, quantitative mass spectrometry, single-cell profiling, and integrative computational tools have significantly improved the resolution, scalability, and accuracy of omics data generation and analyses. Multi-omics approaches are increasingly being applied to dissect complex gene regulatory networks, characterize metabolic pathways, and elucidate plant responses to biotic and abiotic stress. Applications in crop improvement have demonstrated the utility of integrated omics in identifying key molecular drivers of agronomic traits and enhancing selection strategies for plant breeding. Despite these advances, challenges persist in data integration, standardization, and interpretation of high-dimensional datasets. Continued development of cross-omics analytics and machine-learning-based frameworks is expected to enhance predictive modeling and accelerate functional discovery in plant systems biology.
