Le résumé fourni par la source

The study was to explore the effect of glucosamine selenium on the growt and the selenium and amino acid content of Penaeus vannamei. Shrimps of Penaeus vannamei were selected as the research object. There were four groups in experiment, which were control group, 0.1%、0.5% and 1.0% glucosamine selenium added groups. The experiment lasted for 3 w. After the culture cycle the experimental groups were randomly sampled, the body weight, selenium content and amino acid content of Penaeus vannamei were detected. The composition of intestinal flora of Penaeus vannamei was detected by metagenomic sequencing. The results showed that compared with control group, the body length of other groups were significantly higher than those of control group in the first week (P<0.05).The body length of 1% group was significantly higher than that of control group in the second and third weeks (P<0.05). At the end of the third week, the body length and weight of 1% group were the largest. The selenium content in 0.1%、0.5% and 1.0% glucosamine selenium added groups was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The total content of amino acids and essential amino acids in 0.1% group was the highest, followed by 1% group. Glucosamine selenium can significantly improve the diversity of intestinal microflora of Penaeus vannamei. The experiment indicates that selenium glucosamine can promote the growth of Penaeus vannamei and improve the contents of selenium, amino acids and the diversity of intestinal flora.
