Different studies have shown the interest of the TAPSE/PASP (pulmonary artery systolic pressure) ratio in predicting outcomes in patients undergoing mitral edge-to-edge repair. We aimed to assess the association of this ratio with the occurrence of adverse clinical outcomes in a large cohort of all-comer patients with primary mitral regurgitation (MR).
