Résumé fourni par la source

This archive contains the companion code, input data and figure-generation workflow supporting: Müller, R. D., Cannon, J., Williams, S., Dutkiewicz, A., and Wright, N. M.: PyBacktrack 1.5: A community tool for reconstructing paleobathymetry of drill sites, geohistory and global paleobathymetry, Geoscientific Model Development, submitted. The package reproduces the analyses and Figures 1–12 in the manuscript. It includes Python and shell scripts, shared workflow utilities, dependency specifications, 109 Australian North West Shelf well records, regional vertical-gravity-gradient data, regional D10_gmcm9 dynamic-topography grids, and the exact paleobathymetry grids used for Figures 2–4. The archived paleobathymetry grids were generated with PyBacktrack using the deforming plate model of Zahirovic et al. (2022) in its paleomagnetic reference frame (anchor plate 701701). They provide reconstructed palaeobathymetry from 0 to 170 Ma and include the grids used to illustrate the Cretaceous–Cenozoic evolution of the Atlantic–Tethys–Arctic realm and Southern Ocean. This package requires PyBacktrack version 1.5.0, archived separately at DOI: [insert PyBacktrack 1.5.0 Zenodo DOI]. The archive includes the tagged GitHub release of the companion applications repository together with the paleobathymetry grid files required by the paper. Provenance, citations and licence information for the included inputs are documented in the repository README and accompanying files. Code in this archive is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0. Data files retain their respective original licences and attribution requirements.
