This dataset contains processed data generated for a study investigating quantitative Lutetium-177 SPECT/CT imaging and absorbed dose estimation for personalised radiopharmaceutical therapy. The dataset comprises two components.The first component consists of phantom-derived quantitative imaging data obtained using a GE StarGuide cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) SPECT/CT system. Four phantom configurations were imaged, including uniform cylindrical phantoms and NEMA IEC body phantoms with hot spheres in cold and warm background activity distributions. Data were acquired using multiple energy window settings, reconstruction algorithms, iteration numbers, and subset combinations. The processed outputs include calibration factors, recovery coefficients, contrast recovery coefficients, contrast-to-noise ratios, image noise measurements, partial volume correction data, reconstructed images, and graphical summaries of reconstruction performance.The second component consists of processed clinical dosimetry results derived from anonymised retrospective SPECT/CT studies of nine patients who received a single cycle of Lu-FAPI therapy. Quantitative activity measurements and absorbed dose estimates were analysed using three dosimetry software packages: MIM SurePlan MRT, OLINDA/EXM version 1.0, and MIRDcalc version 1.24. The dataset includes organ and tumour dose results, inter-software comparison outputs, observer-averaged absorbed dose measurements, correlation analyses, and lesion-to-organ dose ratios.The files provided contain processed research outputs, figures, tables, and quantitative measurements used to generate the results reported in the associated MSc dissertation and related research manuscripts. No identifiable patient information is included in this dataset.
