The research objectives of this project is to: 1. to estimate past year and past month use of synthetic cannabinoid use in each jurisdiction; 2. To estimate the ratio of synthetic cannabinoid use to cannabis use (past-year and past-month) in each jurisdiction; and 3. to examine the experience of ‘contaminated’ cannabis products with synthetic cannabinoids in each jurisdiction.
