SPHN Federated Clinical Routine Dataset Metadata - Code Frequency May 2026

This metadata file describes code frequencies in the SPHN Federated Clinical Routine Dataset (FedData) as available in May 2026 through the SPHN Metadata Catalog (https://fdp.dcc.sib.swiss/). It captures the count frequencies of coded values (e.g., SNOMED CT diagnoses, LOINC laboratory tests, ATC medications and other coded concepts) across the dataset. Note that in this file, participating hospital names have been anonymized and are represented as H1 through H6. Masking of counts is made for code frequencies having a value below ten, indicated with rdfs:comment "Masked". The value is then reported as 0 rather than the actual count (seen in void:entities). No patient-level information are included in this resource. The file is provided in RDF/Turtle format and can be integrated or queried with Semantic Web tools and workflows.
