Body mass (g) increases probability of infection for both species. The model-averaged prediction for P. leucopus and prediction for P. maniculatus were obtained from logistic mixed-effects models and the 95% CIs are shown. Predicted probability of infection for P. maniculatus is shown for August (trapping session 3) and mean score for proportion time center.
