Le résumé fourni par la source

High-throughput and accurate trait characterization is critical for accelerating crop improvement, yet conventional field methods often fail to capture genotype-specific, stage-level temporal dynamics relevant to yield. In this study, UAV-based multispectral imagery across $\mathbf{1 6}$ growth-stage timestamps revealed key phenological and physiological patterns in 27 wheat genotypes. Indices related to canopy greenness (NDVI, EVI), chlorophyll content (CIgreen, NDRE, NDCI), and water status (NDWI, WI) at mid-to-late growth stages (t8, t15, t16) effectively differentiate highand low-yielding genotypes. Derived phenological traits including peak VI, time to peak, stay-green index, and growth or senescence rates quantified genotype-level deviations. Feature-level evaluation shows NDRE peak, EVI stay-green, and water-related indices as consistently strong, while other traits displayed weaker or variable behavior across yield classes. Category-level deviations indicate that high-yield genotypes predominantly differed in chlorophyll and water-status traits $|Z| \approx \mathbf{2. 0 5}-\mathbf{2. 4 1}$, low-yield genotypes exhibited structural and water-stress limitations $|Z| \approx \mathbf{2. 1 0 - 2. 1 1}$, and mediumyield genotypes showed mixed responses. Genotype-level summaries identify individuals with consistently strong or weak traits, such as genotypes 18 and 20 (high yield) and 121 and 45 (low yield). These findings link temporal dynamics, trait strength, and physiological differences, providing actionable insights for selecting superior wheat genotypes in breeding programs.
