This dataset contains all processed data corresponding to the publication Quantitative Characterization of Budding Yeast Polarization at the Mesoscale. The dataset was acquired to quantitatively characterize budding yeast polarization phenotypes and compare this characterization across different mutant backgrounds. It consists of quantitative observables derived from 3D live cell microscopy data for different labelled proteins and conditions. These data are sufficient to reproduce the figures from the main manuscript. Moreover, the dataset includes all cropped polarization events (i.e. 3D fluorescence microscopy image timelapses of single polarizing cells) for the conditions and labelled proteins mentioned in the publication. The dataset also contains example microscopy data to be used in the associated image analysis pipeline, which demonstrates the acquisition of the observables from raw data.
