We aim to systematically review all empirical studies that investigated the relation between emotion (dys)regulation in parents with mental health conditions and different aspects of parenting. We used the PEO (Population, Exposure, Outcomes) framework to specify our research questions. We will summarize studies investigating parents with any type of mental health condition (P). Studies have to assess emotion (dys)regulation in parents (E) and any aspect of parenting (O).
