Scientific Ontology (SO): Public Edition v2.1.0 is a public-facing conceptual archive and research release for describing existence through history, observation, boundary, communication, meaning, and ethics. This release reorganizes the public structure of the project into overview materials, Sat / Truth foundations, Raj / Beauty constructive frameworks, Tam / Goodness public safety-interface materials, and bounded Research Notes. Compared with the previous public edition, this version adds a dedicated overview and governance layer, a scientific terminology protocol, E/U publication-risk classification, a revised claim-strength table, a literary / ontological Research Note reading Miyazawa Kenji through the motif of “blue light,” and clearer separation between public conceptual materials and non-public implementation-facing materials. This release is not a replacement for empirical science, a completed physical theory, or a full implementation specification. It is a public conceptual interface and work-in-progress archive. It does not include private core materials, unpublished axiomatic drafts, non-public runtime materials, detailed implementation schemas, detailed operational parameters, or internal evaluation taxonomies. 本レコードは、存在論科学(SO)の公開版 v2.1.0 である。 存在論科学は、履歴、観測、境界、通信、意味、倫理を通じて存在を記述するための公開用概念インターフェースである。 本リリースでは、公開構成を Overview、Sat / Truth、Raj / Beauty、Tam / Goodness、および境界づけられた Research Notes として再整理した。 前回公開版と比較して、本版では、概要・運用規約層、科学語彙接続プロトコル、E/U公開リスク分類、改訂版の主張強度対応表、宮沢賢治を「青い照明」のモチーフから読む文学的・存在論的 Research Note、および公開概念資料と非公開実装寄り資料の分離を追加・強化している。 本リリースは、経験科学の代替、完成した物理理論、または完全な実装仕様ではない。公開用の概念インターフェースおよび進行中の研究アーカイブとして扱う。 中核資料、非公開公理草案、非公開ランタイム資料、詳細な実装スキーマ、詳細な運用パラメータ、内部評価分類は含まない。
