Converting waste tires into rubber particles for concrete aggregates enables efficient waste utilization while providing lightweight, energy-absorbing and sound-insulating properties. Adoption is constrained by variable performance and trial-and-error mix design. This study proposes an intelligent framework integrating mechanical performance prediction, life cycle assessment (LCA) and multi-objective optimization. Using 1006 experimental records, a Bayesian probabilistic model predicts compressive strength from the water/cement ratio, aggregate/cement ratio, sand ratio and rubber replacement. A complementary LCA evaluates carbon emissions and costs, including reuse benefits. Particle swarm optimization explores trade-offs among strength, environmental impact and cost. Results show that compressive strength increases with sand content but decreases with higher water/cement and aggregate/cement ratios and rubber content, with coarse rubber weakening concrete more than fine; the Bayesian model captures these nonlinear trends better. The framework identifies optimal mixes, achieving significant reductions in carbon emissions and material costs, thereby providing rapid guidance for sustainable concrete formulation.
